How is patient information protected?
Before a practice enters any patient information, the practice and Visari sign a business associate agreement, as HIPAA requires. Patient information is encrypted in transit and at rest and kept on Google Cloud in the United States. Staff sign in with a password and a second verification step, and every view and change of a patient's record is logged.
